Our quintessentially Scottish Visitor Centre showcases our exclusive range of knitwear and accessories in cashemere and the finest natural fibres, our tartans and tweeds, Scottish jewellery and other beautiful gifts. The Lochcarron Visitor Centre is a Scottish Tourist Board 5 star visitor attraction. Mill Tours Our legendary mill tours have been operating for more than 30 years. Your expert guide will put you through the mill on all aspects of production from spinning the yarn to the finished article. As the mill is a commercial operation and production days are Monday to Thursday, it isn't possible to see the working mill on a Friday, if Friday is the only day you can make it, please give us a call and we can offer a partial tour, but please note, no machinery will be working.
